In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy.
We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.
This policy is consistent with all our stores, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and
give a refund.
Non Delivery of Order – If the particular order has not been received, kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org for requesting redelivery or a refund. Customers are requested to contact the team within 10 days of placing the order.
Kindly note that refunds are only applicable if the customer has NOT received the product and requests the same.
